Office Manager

Our office manager Beth provides all the support that is necessary to keep things running smoothly from the time the listing is taken until closing.  She looks after every detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and that your transaction closes in a timely manner.  She is responsible for all advertising, scheduling inspections and repairs, managing the MLS data, providing sellers with property showing feedback, and setting up broker open houses.

Buyer & Listing Specialist

Jose and Christina are licensed agents specializing in working with buyers.  Our advertising, our 800 info line and our numerous sign inquiries on our own listings generate many buyer calls and our buyer specialists are trained and experienced in working with buyers effectively.

Jose is the Spanish speaking member of our team, and comes to the real estate industry with a drive to succeed.  After graduating from Lehigh University as a Bachelor of Science with a degree in Finance, Jose worked in the financial industry in Washington, D.C. before moving to Durham, NC.  Always eager to attain great results, Jose has a keen eye for investing and offers his clients a thorough knowledge of making wise real estate decisions.  His greatest passion remains residential real estate and the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their goals.

Christina joins us from a top producing real estate team out of Northern Virgina.  Graduating from Lehigh University as a Bachelor of Arts, she brings a winning combination of energy, enthusiasm, and experience on her side.  She has a strong track record of successful sales in the real estate industry behind her.  Raised in Durham, clients find her extensive knowledge of the triangle, area neighborhoods, and schools to be a great advantage.
